Before every semester, you will need to follow these ACC registration steps to plan, register, and pay for classes until you graduate and/or transfer.

Take These Steps Before You Register:
Retrieve Your ACCeID
Retrieve your ACCeID if you haven’t already done so to register for classes and gain access to your online student tools. Retrieve your ACCeID here.
Activate Your ACCmail Account
Activate your ACCmail account to get important official communication about the college and your classes via email. Activate your ACCmail account here.
Attend Orientation
Attend orientation (check your email for your invitation) and/or contact an orientation advisor at [email protected] to help you plan your courses.
Clear Any Student Holds
- Clear any Student Holds that may prevent you from registering. Visit the My Status and Holds page on the MyACC – Students portal to view any holds that you may have.

When can you register for fall classes?
October 14 – Current/former students with 60+ hours and parenting students – registration for spring classes starts
October 15 – Current/former students with 45+ hours and parenting students – registration for spring classes starts
October 16 – Current/former students with 30+ hours and parenting students – registration for spring classes starts
October 17 – Current/former students with 15+ hours and parenting students – registration for spring classes starts
October 18 – Current/former with 0 hours AND new students and parenting students – registration for spring classes starts
January 21 – 16-week and 1st 8-week classes start
February 3 – 14-week classes start
February 17 – 12-week classes start
March 24 – Second 8-week classes start
Paying for Classes
ACC offers a variety of ways to keep college affordable, including financial aid, scholarships, and work-study opportunities. You can also set up an interest-free payment plan to help manage the cost of tuition.

Austin Community College produces an Annual Security Report as required by the Clery Act. This report includes statistics from the previous three years concerning reported crime that occurred on campus; public property adjacent to and accessible from campus; and in certain non-campus buildings/property owned or controlled by ACC.
